"PAKC has been understaffed for a number of years now. Physicians are fine and offer great care but office management doesn’t seem to care. Went from three physicians assistants for all of the doctors — down to staffing just one person to field all the calls. Unsure of current assistant qualifications but the process is much slowed when attempting to contact your physician. Would you like to phone the office and ask what your appointment time is next week? Too bad, you can’t do that. Instead you have to call and leave a message, hoping against hope that somebody will call you back. You can only blame so much on an “adderall shortage” and COVID-19. The truth is that PAKC would rather spend money rehabbing the office suite than spend money hiring or retaining key office talent."

"They're incredibly hard to communicate with You can't do anything over the phone they always tell you to use the portal and no one ever responds to messages in the portal so if you have mental health issues or important medications this is not your place to go. They constantly cancel your appointments because the person who scheduled it with you says they're available and then suddenly they're not and then sometimes with telehealth calls you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes on the call past your scheduled time Just waiting for the doctor to get on and there have been multiple occasions where they've made mistakes with my medications or accidentally canceled a prescription and then had to call back and getting a hold of them from the pharmacy is very difficult as well. Super frustrating because the actual doctor is very nice and I have the medications currently that I think are working but the lack of communication and mistakes are incredibly frustrating especially for somebody that takes medications for anxiety and depression and if you contact them too much they say that they can basically dispose of you as a patient so I don't feel like they're very understanding of how frustrating it is to get a hold of somebody."

"Just horrible and pathetic. Horrible experience after 3 YEARS of going here. My doctor had canceled my appointment (which is fine, life happens) but I was denied my medication because I needed an appointment (so I set one up and STILL was denied). Even after 3 dedicated years of going here, they ignored my literal cries for help that I needed my medication. I had to have an emergency appointment with someone else at a different facility to help me, how pathetic! Claiming to help those with mental health but can’t handle an emergency refill and won’t speak 1 on 1. I wouldn’t be doing anyone justice if I didn’t warn someone of how hopeless I felt when being denied my medication from the ONE place that should be your advocate."

"THE WORST place you could attempt to receive help… Especially DR AZNAROUVA! Her english is horrible i had been seeing her on and off since 2020 and all she’s done is bill me for visits and when i tried to come see her this year she had me come all the way out just to tell me i needed a longer appointment. This practice just wants your MONEY! after i tried to reschedule the office told me they decided to end their services. DO NOT GO THERE ! They took my money and leave me without and mental help"

"We have used this office in the past and are pleased with the providers. The administrative staff is not what I expected. I called to make an appointment for my child. I got ahold of an answering service. They took details on what we we're looking for. I was told that the office would be in touch soon to make an appointment. I received a call back 3 days later. In this call I was told that my child cannot be seen without a referral from her primary care doctor. Because she hasn't been seen in 3 years. My insurance doesn't require referral I told them. They replied with "it's not an insurance thing it's an office thing." So I need to go spend money at the pcp that told me to find a psychiatrist? This location has 2.5 stars for a reason."
