"The reason for the missing star is that I had a very long wait time to get into a room (~45 minutes). The reason for the other four stars is that I was nervous for the appointment and became unreasonably upset (started crying). While there was nothing they could do to shorten the wait time, the entire staff including Dr. Southern, were very compassionate with me and provided excellent care. I hope for shorter wait times in the future and will continue to trust the Independence Women’s Clonic with my healthcare."
