"The lady towards the wall by the window. Is rude said she don't accept my kids insurance and tried explaining they have different insurance then that. Then the phone rings and leave us sitting in the lobby for a good 30min while she's having a whole phone conversation with the person on the phone. She needs to learn customer service skills because she was RUDE for the time I walked in to the time I sat at her desk"
"Picked up glasses back in March of 2023 and was fine but then all of sudden the top of the lenses started popping out and wouldn’t stay in. So try to do a little fix but nothing as I’m disabled she asks why I didn’t bring them in I said because I’m disabled and don’t like to get out and she didn’t want to accept that the lenses didn’t fit but I was willing to pay for new lenses but then she wanted me to pay for new frames and then got attitude because she knew she was at fault for the way the lenses were cut"
"Everyone seem nice but the lady against the wall going south. She has an attitude and do not listen to the customer. The glasses were dirty. And my son and I seem to have a painful bump on our right eye after the visit. Was wondering if anyone else got this. Our visit was last Thursday 9-21-23"
"When I called to check to see if my glasses where ready they wouldn't even check to see if they was there. Instead said well if we didn't call then they ain't ready. So I kind of felt blown off by the staff. Also they only provide Medicaid patients with 1 pair of glasses every 2 yrs and if they brake because of the low quality they make you pay full price on your new pair. Even if your prescription is only good for one year. Which is what is recommended to be done annually. Doesn't seem fair to the less fortunate."
