However, the receptionist I spoke to initially was preoccupied and laughing hard enough I couldn't understand her. When I apologized and asked her to say that one more time she became rude and talked to me like I was stupid the remainder of the time she helped me. "The staff were great! The wait time for simple pre-employment drug screen was excessive. Appr. 45 min and that was arriving at 8 am when they open. I don’t even want to know what the wait time would be for someone arriving at a meter time in the day. Definitely need to take a look at the process of getting people in and out in a timely manner for simple things like that, so you can focus on the patients that need care."
