"They filed a fraudulent charge to my insurance for an order of contact lenses five months after I even had an eye exam. It took the insurance company to clean it up and return my annual allotment for contact lenses. Other issues as well."

"My special needs son and I were treated extremely rude. These people are dishonest. I would not recommend even making any appointments or going to this location. It's a very full extreme, rude, hostile environmental office that my son and I had experienced here and be ware of a policy they won't produce but want you to sign a paper saying you have read the policy and you understand. They unlawfully would not use both of my son's two insurances together even though they except both."
