"I would give the staff 5 stars as they were very efficient, personable & thorough during my visit. However, it’s been three weeks since I was told I should schedule a MRI after pre approval from insurance. I’m waiting for the notes from Urgent Care to be sent to my insurance company for pre approval. Meanwhile I can’t use my right arm and wonder how many more weeks I have to wait! Made many phone calls to the office and feel like I’m being blown off. No one wants to take responsibility to find my notes and forward to insurance. I’ve been a patient at Rockhill for many years and I’m truly disappointed in the lack of care and concern."

"Blew out my knee. Went to raymore urgent care. They didn’t have X-ray on site. They recommended this location and called ahead to make sure they took our Blue Select Plus insurance, and they said they did. Also shows on their website that they take it. Got there, the rudest receptionist?/front desk clerk? Told us they didn’t accept it. When we told them that raymore had called and confirmed they did, she responded “I can’t control what the phone room says”. I would not give them any stars if I could. Rude and disrespectful. Will never go there again. Would not recommend this place to anyone."
