"Viral infections can not be treated but the symptoms can be. That's why I went to their walk-in clinic. So I could get some relief and some rest. They told me that my asthma was probably affecting it, which I've never had in my life. The records were inaccurate. And then said it was probably just a virus mixed with allergies which I don't hardly have allergies. she said there was nothing they could give me. Complete waste of time."

"Love Dr Barton he’s an amazing PCP and really listens, he’s normally pretty on time too! Long waits to get in to see him though typically 4-6 months but his NP Scott is amazing if you need in quickly I recommend them both! The reason I’m giving 4 stars is due to Dr Barton’s female NP she doesn’t seem to listen or be concerned. It’s been over a week and she still hasn’t sent in my prescription and when I spoke to her she seemed disinterested in helping me"

"I had a very positive experience here for acute care with NP Shannon Glenn. I have a wonderful dr but they are often booked far out. This was the first time I used this location and I would recommend it to any of my family or friends over urgent care. NP Shannon Glenn and her nurse were fantastic and so kind and respectful of patients. They took their time, answered everything, and overall made me feel a human and not a quick in and out task. It did take a while to get in(30+minutes in the waiting room/only a few in the exam), but it was fairly busy and again they took time to explain everything to patients which I'd prefer over a 20 minute visit start to finish."
