About the Business

The Riley ABA & Autism Center, located at 1936 Summit Street in Kansas City, Missouri, is a health institution dedicated to providing center-based ABA therapy for children with autism. Our goal is to make therapy enriching and fun for your child, with activities like dancing, finger painting, and bubble parties.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts provide supervision and monitoring of your child's treatment progress during therapy sessions. We serve families from various areas including Brookside, Crossroads, downtown Kansas City, Fairway, Plaza, Prairie Village, River Market, Westwood, Westport, and Westside.

At Riley ABA & Autism Center, we create a welcoming learning environment where children can develop their communication, social, and self-help skills. Our individualized and group learning opportunities allow us to tailor programs to each child's unique needs. We focus on cognitive, social, and emotional development in our treatment goals.

All of our therapists are Registered Behavior Technicians certified by the Behavior Analytic Certification Board, in addition to being CPR and First Aid certified. We use the principles of applied behavior analysis to address socially important problems and bring about meaningful behavior change.

"Upon receiving my son's Autism diagnosis, I wasn't exactly sure where to turn to. We live in the inner city, and upon doing some research found out that there aren't very many ABA/Autism Centers in the inner city, and every where I did call had a long waiting list before they could even get my son in. So I reached out to Riley, we happen to live in the neighborhood where Riley is located. Sara got us in right away for a tour and assessment in October but advised me that they probably wouldn't have space until the 1st of the year. However I received a call a few weeks later stating my son could start half days the second week of November. He has since started full days. The progress my son has made since starting at Riley has been amazing, and he loves it. Sara, Janet and all the Staff at Riley are amazing and have made this process a lot easier and less stressful. We are so thankful for Riley and I'm excited to see my son's continued progress at Riley."
