"This has to be the worst hospital in the whole Cass county area. I would highly recommend driving past this hospital and going to belton if you have an emergency. I could name countless reasons over the past 5 years you shouldn’t go here but it’s truly not worth it just don’t go here."

"Horrible experience, was treated like I was incompetent and not listened to whatsoever. Rude staff. And when called to ask questions about a medication that I was prescribed, they refused to answer any questions. They said “you need to schedule an appointment and pay a copay.” Was given only one option for meds that weren’t covered by my insurance and extremely unaffordable."

"The doctors and nurses I have interacted with have been great, but the receptionists are just awful. Rude, and cold. Every phone call and check in has been a very unpleasant experience"

"Told Doctor I was feeling like I didn't want to be alive anymore. She told me I needed to go see a mental health provider and that was the end of my office visit. She didn't ask me if I was feeling like self harming or anything! She didn't ask me anything about how I was feeling in regards to my mental health that day. She acted as if I was bothering her during my office visit regarding psycial health issues as well that day. I will never go back there again!"
