"I was able to get in in a very timely fashion. The PA who treated me was professional and knowledgeable and treated me with care. She gave me some suggestions for additional OTC medication. The receptionist was helpful and they took my insurance."

"Would give it a 0 if possible but I went to these guys in June for a simple strep test. All was good until the billing, they charged me an additional 300 dollars for a 30 dollar strep test because my insurance was out of network despite being told that my insurance was in network by the lady working the front desk. Today they just pulled out that 300 dollars from my bank without emailing, mailing a bill, or even calling me. Pretty sure that's incredibly illegal. The fact they did it before a holiday too is ridiculous. I would have liked to set a payment plan up but not possible when no one reaches out and you just see money taken out your bank randomly."

"I thought this place was great until I found out they do illegal withdrawals from your bank account. I did not receive any bill in the mail and they did an automatic withdrawal from my account for an appointment I had last year in June. They just took out $411 and I did not authorize that. There should have been a payment plan. I had to contact the billing department, the guy did not know what he was doing but said I would be given a refund and a call back. I was lied to so now I have to contact them again. This is very unethical."

"I’ve had a good experience so far when taking my daughter in this winter season. They are fast and efficient and seem to truly care. I wish they had long term providers because I do really like the way the clinic is ran."

"Awful experience. Made an online appointment for 1:30 and arrived 10 minutes prior. At 230 I still had not been seen. I received an email during my wait time saying my visit had been cancelled. I asked the receptionist if she could explain why I received an email saying my appointment was cancelled. She responded with "I had to change something on your appointment, so it's formality." Two other people had come in after I had arrived, and after 2pm and they were both taken back before me. I asked the receptionist why I had been looked over since people had gone before me that also arrived after me and well after my appointment time. She blankly stared at me, got up from her desk and went to the back. She then came back a minute or so later, sat down, typed on her computer and said "she's doing the best she can." No attempt at an apology or an explanation, which could have changed the situation and my perception of Carbon Health. Went to a different urgent care and was seen right away."
