"GO TO BRUNE INSTEAD. TERRIBLE experience. I brought my silver bracelet in for a polish. First, they sent a text to tell me it was ready to the wrong number because they did not verify my number. It did go to my wife, but I didn't find out until I came in to ask what is taking so long. Then, the item was only 3/4 done. I brought it back, and it took another THREE WEEKS to complete. Even then it was smudged with residue and looked rough. I was told that I would be given a store credit, but why would I go back? The clerk was very clear that she was already working with someone else, mentioning it at least 3 times. I expressed my dissatisfaction and that I did not simply want store credit, and she snidely told me to have a good day. I will not be back."

"I had bought a ring (not from them) and it had leaf designs on it. It was pretty but there were 2 extra leaves that were poking out and hurting my finger. Altemuller's altered the ring for me beautifully and it looks like that's how it should have been designed all along. Definitely worth the 30 bucks and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly"
