"My family and I have been going to Family Vision for many years and since they have changed hands, they no longer take my insurance. I’m employed by a very large company and I’m sure there are many other employees that use FV for their eye care. I spoke with my insurance and they informed me that they’ve reached out to FV and they choose not to participate with them. This means that I’ll have to fill out forms and get reimbursed, which usually isn’t the full amount. Sorry to say I’m going to have to take my business elsewhere. Hopefully FV will see how many patients are covered by the same insurance and realize they need to participate!"

"My glasses were fine but a lense had a crack I had the warranty and they charged me 20 dollars anyways and a bottle of cleaning fluid is 3 bucks first place I’ve had to purchase my cleaning supplies most of the people act there doing you a favor to help won’t go back"
