"Not at all happy - saw Elizabeth NP for chest pain due to a blunt force injury. She very hesistantly ordered ct of chest since that was one not done in ER , I received my results the same day she did but have not heard anything back , it was fracture of 3 ribs - no meds ordered for pain felt like I was an inconvenience to her and not important . Today it says office open left message #3 since Jan 10 still no return call . Requested they refund my copay for visit and I will go elsewhere where they know how to treat patients and medicate appropriately for pain . No I was not wanting narcotics either ! ER ordered Oxy which was very ineffective in my pain relief I still have 10/15 left and have no desire to take that , NP made comment “ well I’m not ordering anything else for pain “. I didn’t ask her to and that was NOT why I sought treatment for this issue . I have seen Chris in the past once and he was amazing but I won’t return to see this Elizabeth ..! I’m done"
