"Sent a message to Mary requesting an appointment for counseling. Waited a couple of days with no response, so I decided to give her a call. She stated, "Oh yes, I am completely booked. Good luck to you." Laughed when she said good luck to you. What type of help are you giving if you are laughing at people-especially if they are going through a hard time. It is hard enough to ask for help. She knew that I sent her a message, I left my email, phone and my husbands phone number with no response. If you are not taking appointments then how hard is it to shoot an email back, if you do not want to tell someone over the phone. Then I called a different therapist and told them what she had done and they stated, "Oh she mainly does children not adults." If that is true then maybe she shouldn't advertise for adults."
