He is excellent with all his patients, and keeps me motivated with an excellent sense of humor that makes the difficult exercises a little easier. "I had a Rotator cuff surgery in November and like anyone, a week and a half later, I could barely move my freshly stiffened arm. Therapy started that week and now, 2 weeks later the Dr says in about 90‐95 there with strength to build up over time. My last time through this on the other arm also went well with the SERC organization though I was at a different office 14 years ago. Facility was clean and all the people are friendly, understanding and helpful. If I get my hips done, and let's be real, WHEN I get my hips done I'll be sure and use their services again. I thank them all."

"Best experience I’ve ever had with physical therapy! Faced with some pain that was going to require long term medication with possible negative side effects & physical therapy, I decided to try the physical therapy first and see if that helped. Even though it was very uncomfortable when I first started, I began to see amazing results. Jacob Carl, my therapist was very positive and encouraging. After several weeks I was feeling so much better that I was able to stay off the medication and get back to every day life! I was very impressed with all of the staff there, their friendliness and consideration for all the patients was refreshing! A special thanks to Lindsey, the receptionist and also Heather, the clinic director! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy treatment!!!"
