"The front desk people for the dentist clinic terrible! We we wait for more than one hour and they don’t care about that."

"I needed to see a doctor so i called the number to make an appointment and was told i had to go down to the office. The closest one to me was liberty and it is a 30 min drive. so i went on their website and got the office hr. for liberty went down there only to be told that the doctor office part is closed on Thursdays so i tried 3 more times in a week before someone from the doctor office was there and what did they tell me "sorry we are not accepting new patients" Really a country doctor WOW! and to think they could not tell me this a week ago on the phone. What really sad is there used to be 4 KC area locations and 1 location in Lexington MO now there only 3 KC locations. GEE I Wonder WHY?!"

"Haven't been able to have a experience, I've been waiting to get a appointment for a week now,my dr.sent the referral a week ago ,I've called, no call back,I'm supposed to be tested for oral cancer I've got 2 blisters in my mouth one on the inside of my gumm and the other under my tongue that hurt like hell and have been there for approximately 2months, I can see why they only have 2 stars,I would think with a referral for a oral cancer check they would at least call back ,time to go to the liberty ER ,if it's cancer you shouldn't be messing around,don't waste your time especially if it might be cancer , it's something that shouldn't be prolonged"

"If I could rate this place a 0 stars I would! I went there to make a prenatal appointment and they said I just had to bring in proof of pregnancy. So I brought in my HCG blood work. That apparently for whatever reason wasn’t good enough and they refused to make me an appointment. The receptionist was so rude and was definitely more concerned with going on her lunch break than helping me out. The nurse was actually trying to listen to me but big mouth receptionist wouldn’t let her talk. DONT GO HERE!"

"My overall experience here at the dental and medical center has been nothing short of a complete waste of time. The dental side continues to schedule me on days when they are not even in the office, other appointments take up to 3 months to fill one cavity! I have been coming for 8 years and still I have not got all my dental work done, to me that is horrible service. The dental hygeinest is just as bad, she told me mouth wash and brushing wouldn't help with bacteria/plaque build-up what a liar! Another thing is they send me a text saying I am supposed to see Dr. Perez, I actually really like her if it was her, instead when I got there it was a dentist who I haven't even seen before, and that's OK if they tell me this before time and not be sneaky. I don't like Dr. Gabriel because I told her 3 times when she drilled my tooth I could feel pain, and on top of that she was gaslighting me telling me I was only feeling vibrations. Listen, I'm an empath and I CONSTANTLY feel vibes this was NOT vibes it was pain. These people are gas lighters, liars, sneaky, abusive and manipulative who lack integrity and think people are stupid. They treat people like they are not worth the gum on the bottom of their shoe and this is wrong. Just because people are on medicaid doesn't give you the right to treat us this way! Guess what if it wasn't for us you wouldn't have a job. I'm giving them one more chance to take accountability and do right by me and if they don't not only am I going to call the dental board on these people but I am taking my butt to comfort dental which takes medicaid. I hope this helps anyone who has had a bad experience here, overall don't let these people get away with doing this to you expose them and command respect, if they have the ability to do these things, they should be able to make it right.
