"I came in for a sore throat and asked to be tested for COVID and they instead tested me for strep and told me it would take too long to test me for COVID. They also didn’t sell any tests for me to take at home, and I ended up having COVID as I was later able to find a test somewhere else. Also, the receptionist who took my vitals and my strep test left the room and I was able to hear her talk directly outside the door about me. I felt like I wasn’t heard and I will not be coming back to this location."

"So apparently now you do need an appointment which you need to make online. I was turned away because they were completely booked already for the day before they even opened on a Sunday. I arrived at 8 am eight as they opened. The website doesn’t say this, it says you can walk in. With an elevated BP (not Stroke level but high) I was advised to go to ER or a competitor down the street. Convenient? Not so much. I really don’t see the point in having an Urgent Care facility that is basically for something that can wait for an appointment. Really?? Rename it to “same day appointment clinic - if you’re lucky”."

"Urgent care located in a grocery store. I signed up for an appointment online with ease. The records are connected the MyChart phone app. I arrived early and the staff processed my intake information early. The NP was friendly and helpful. There was only one person staffing the whole place and they did a good job balancing everything. The after care instructions were detailed and helpful."
