"It was the out patient surgery for a colonoscopy. The were ahead of schedule so got me in as soon as I got there."

"Worst urgent care I’ve been to. I am in the army. While I was sick on Army orders in July, I unfortunately came to ft Leavenworth St. John’s urgent care. Receptionist refused to sign army paperwork that said I was there that day. Their billing didn’t even try to file claims to tricare until the 4th time I called in October. The rep then messed up the paperwork so hard that when I called in December wondering why they still haven’t filed the claims after literal months, they said they now have to physically mail their admin office in India to fix his mistakes that he swept under the rug and it’ll take 2 months. This is unacceptable and I am contacting my congressman."

"Unfortunately it's the only ER in Leavenworth. If the dog and cat clinic had a ER and would take humans I go there first. Has some nurse that didn't know how to do a EKG and it took him 3 times to get it right and they tried to charger my insurance for 3 EKGs. My PCP is there as well working on changing that to a Doctor at KU or NKC. At least there they will examine you for what you come in for not just write you a prescription for something you can't take do to other meds your on or that causes severe reaction. Which is clearly noted in your file and you repeatly set there and tell them that. And you Doctor's response is this is a low dose it shouldn't be as bad. D.F.A.H! ALL of the doctors there."

"What an amazing group in this urgent care,in a lot of pain for 5 months walked out pain free. Absolutely no waiting!! Thank you girls,you are the BEST in my book!!!"

"Do not go here for ear wax removal. While all of the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. They did get a lot of wax out, however they did more harm than they did good and I left in more pain, than I came in here with. My left ear had a blockage, I was in excruciating pain from the pressure, and my right ear, although full of wax, I was still able to hear perfectly fine, and I had no pain. However upon leaving, my left ear had no change, it still had a blockage. My right ear, (which was fine before I went it) had a blockage, a bunch of pressure built up and I was in excruciating pain in both ears. When I got home, I felt some type of liquid inside of my ear, I just assumed the water was draining from where they tried to wash it out. I was wrong. It was blood. I couldn’t hear somebody talking from 4ft away from me. $110 up front, and whatever they are going to bill me, for me to be in worse condition than when I went in. I started my membership back up with my old primary care physician and went to see her today. Thankfully, I can hear now and the pain has subsided."
