"I called today to schedule my Medicare wellness for the first time, the lady that answered was so disrespectful, that I have to tell her never mind . If you're 65 and older with hard of hearing ,this clinic is not for you! I called St. John and they're very helpful!"

"Called yesterday to set up an appointment. Was told that nothing was available in the near future and if it's an emergency I can come in in the morning from 8-9 as a walk- in. I reiterated what I was trying to get seen for and was told yes to come in between 8-9. I arrived today at minutes to 8 and was told that nothing was available. I stated that I was told to come between these times and she informed me that she opens at 7 and intimated that I should have known to come at that time. I told her what was told to me and she repeated that she opens at 7 and the person wasn't wrong in stating that walk ins are at that 8. I believe that a simple courtesy would have been for the person who was giving the information should have given me that information. In addition the lady from today should have been understanding to the info that was given to me and either apologized for the misunderstanding in addition to stating that the information given could be much clearer. Understanding that things happen that may change what walk-in looks like, I believe that there could have been a way better way for her to handle the situation and they also need to make sure that people know to come in at 7 not 8. I don't use walk-in services that frequently so it was a little jarring."

"Dr. Dandar has been my primary physician for nearly a decade. He is kind, understanding, non-judgmental, thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely intelligent. Unlike other busy doctors, he actually listens intently. I would venture to guess when others doctors need to see a doctor, they choose Dr. Dandar. I have had many doctors, here and in other states, and Dr. Dander is the best of the best. He is definitely in a league of his own. Additionally, Dr. Dandar's nurses and office staff are outstanding. They're all personable, friendly, and very efficient despite being busy all of the time. It starts at the top, and the entire office is TOP-NOTCH."

"I went to St. Luke’s Primary Care this morning as a new patient walk-in. I arrived at opening and there were already several people in the waiting room; however patients were being called back very quickly. I was in and out in about an hour. I appreciate the respect for people’s time. I saw Dr. Whitlow and he was fantastic! He had great bedside manner and was very personable. I ended up being referred to a specialist, but he texted her my situation and I got a call from their office for an appointment later that day. My family just moved to town and it’s sometimes hard to find good care as a new patient, but Dr. Whitlow made me feel very comfortable and his staff was very welcoming. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care doctor."
