"I want to thank Kimberly Allen and the complete staff for the excellent service and dedication to detail they have shown to myself and Billie . Everyone from the ladies on the phone to every one that we had contact with has been professional, friendly and comforting, and when we had to go over to the hospital for procedures they made it very easy and smooth for us and the staff at the hospital was great also. I really appreciate the extra care and patience they show to Billie. Thank you all!!"

"Would give zero stars if it were an option, I have had two visits to this facility and both were a waste of time. I am new to the area and was looking to establish care with a new PCP, on my first visit I was not able to speak to the doctor directly, even though she had questions about my medications. I scheduled another visit to speak with her directly now that theyve received my chart from my previous PCP. My appointment was at 11am and I did not see Dr. Martin until noon, in which she decided in a matter of three minutes that I do not need the medication prescribed to me, refused to fill prescriptions due to her comfort level and offered to put me back on a medication I had previously used which made me sick. Dr. Martin was disrespectful and unreasonable."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. To start out I’ve never been bothered by wait times in offices but for the “care” I got, it bothered me. I got to my appointment and waited 30 minutes to be seen, I was the only one in the office at this point since I had a later appointment time. I needed to be seen for a sinus infection. The nurse who took me back was rude to me the whole time. I had to wear a mask because I was “showing Covid symptoms.” They didn’t have any adult masks left so I wore a child’s one (again not really a big deal). However, I waited in a room for over an hour to see Dr. Martin. I should’ve just left because the care she gave me was the worst I have ever experienced at a doctors office. She was focused on other things I had mentioned like that I would like some blood testing done, and I told her I meant in the future but she insisted that we do it that day. I had told her no, that I just wanted some antibiotics for my sinus infection. She completely skipped over the fact and did not even ask about my illness that I made the appointment for. She then opened the door and asked her nurse to walk me out and said since I didn’t want any treatment and that their was nothing she could do for me. I was shocked..I hope nobody has the chance to have this woman as their doctor."
