"Dr. Kesler listened to me and explained everything. He was very caring. I had a good experience."
"Had a datscan done a few months .when I went for my appt they couldn't tell me anything because the computers were down. Said they would call and set up new appt. It is now august and no appt . Have called them 3different to set up appt. Was told each time the doctor would call to set up appt. So far nothing. I am considering going to K. C to find a new doctor . ."
"Absolute waste of time. I should have known, going by the other reviews on here. After waiting 3 months for an appointment, I was told they don't take my insurance. I asked MULTIPLE times over the phone and was lied to. Even tried to give them my insurance ID numbers over the phone, and they refused to take it. Said they already had my info. Thanks for wasting my time. Good luck if you have to deal with these clowns."
"Absolutely horrible experience with a nurse practitioner. My wife experienced a bad spinal injury in which severe shaking/tremors were part of her symptoms. The NP kept looking at a database on her computer for which prescription drug to give her. (At no point did we ask for or want any drugs). When asked about the shaking/tremors issue, she responded that she “did not see you shaking right now “. Stopped seeing her right after that and went to KU. First visit was with a real Neurologist who diagnosed her with Functional Neurological Disorder. Glad we switched hospitals as this was just another poor performance by the staff at Mosaic."
"Seen Dr. K about 7 years ago. I was suffering from dizziness, headaches, floaters, gait problems, and pain. He seen me, and did some testing, said there may be an issue with my right side function, but did nothing further. The majority of his concern was about myself being overweight, and a past history of anxiety. He sent me on my way, and noted in my chart that being overweight is what caused my symptoms. He noted I need to lose about 40 lbs, and follow up with my primary.... About a month later, I seen another specialist, and was diagnosed with severe sinus infection, which required surgery, and chronic Lyme disease (CDC positive). After my sinus surgery I was a lot better. I think he may have had something against overweight people, or overweight weight people of color, or just the latter, I'm not sure. ***Edited 10/17/2020, I find it very fishy and strange that I can no longer find my chart records in the portal as pertains to this office visit I described above. All the horrible things he charted about me, have mysteriously disappeared in my Clinical Notes section of the portal. The Dr. specifically said the awful things mentioned above, and it was on record. Now they have disappeared? Hmmm. Good thing I printed a copy!"
