"This place sucks. I have called 5 or 6 times a day..I am put on hold to listen to a recording until they hang up. Cannit gwt a human or leave a message"
"It was great. Extremely helpful. Not only with product in the store, but wit who to call at Mercy and what to ask for. Even though e had asked a nurse practitioner that worked for mercy and was basically blown off like it no big deal. I will continue to shop here. No need to look anywhere else if they have what I need"
"We visited this center this afternoon and want to express how nice and helpful Guy Walton was with our concerns. He took time to talk to us and explain how to use the item we were interested in purchasing. It is so nice to have someone that is so understanding and not in a hurry to assist the next customer."
"I went to Medical West to look into a Rollator for my husband. Guy Walton was very helpful and showed me the various types available and how they worked. He copied my prescription and ordered one for me. It took about 10 days to get it but that seemed to be an insurance delay. We went to pick it up and he showed my husband how to use it and had him walk around the store. My husband has low vision, hoh, some dementia and Parkinson’s disease, so there’s a challenge there. Guy was very patient with both of us and we left feeling pretty confident. Big thank you!"
"Not my favorite bunch to deal with, I’m unsure why they are the way they are, don’t expect to be coddled here or made to feel welcome!"
