"Started off loving this place. Then hated it. Colton my PT and was descent. What I didn’t like was that they released me as a pt without letting me know anything. They could’ve informed me that I no longer had days left, or at least tried to get me more days before my insurance stop covering it. I felt like my PT could’ve at least called me to come to the office to retrieve information on exercises I can do until I started PT again. This place just went absolutely ghost on me as their client. I hate to use the race card but it could’ve most definitely been that. I was going to get new insurance anyway, and that’s exactly what I did. THANKFULLY I was able to continue Physical Therapy at Athletico Physical Therapy in Pappilion,NE and my knee is better than ever! They really took time out with me and gave my knee the strength it lacked. My physical therapist was better and way more informative and the people there made sure I had a packet on workouts to continue to do once I finished my 8 weeks there. It’s been 9 months and I’m back to normal like nothing has happened to my ACL/MCL. I would HIGHLY recommend Athletico Physical Therapy!!!!!!!!!!!"
