Progress West Hospital

"After repeated requests for them to communicate with me about my mother they transferred her to another hospital without my knowledge. I found out this morning she was moved last night when the other hospital doctors called me! We had no ideal! They don't care about the family at all and I would suggest someone staying with your loved one at all times if possible because phone communication doesn't exist either!!!"

"If In could give zero stars, I would. There is no communication. The staff is so rude. The only thing that l they can tell you is what they can't tell you. This is the most poorly run ED I've ever encountered. After waiting several hours, I left. It's so poorly run that they're more used to signing patients out AMA than following through on treating anyone, because signing out was the most streamlined process they have. Leadership at this hospital needs to be evaluated."

"I went to progress west on 03/03/2024 due to flu like symptoms that turned out to be pneumonia. I don't normally write reviews whether good or bad. due to the professional exceptional, thorough and courteous level of care I received while there I feel I should write this. Every staff member that I came into contact with went above and beyond in their duties. Creating as good an experience and environment that I could have asked for. Thank you to all who contributed to me today. Your hard work and compassion were not unnoticed"

"I went into progress west for surgery and all the staff was friendly, the anesthesiologist talked with me and so did his nurse. The main nurse Michelle was a complete Delight and joy to be taken care of by. Dr Cristel is a great doctor, I am thankful to God for these people!"
