"For being short staffed like most places these days, this location is doing the best they can.i wouldn't judge the whole store and its employees based on one bad experience. Before you give this store a one star because you may have been inconvenience, try to put yourself in their shoes. Most frustrations that you feel could be do to anything from communication errors with doctors offices or medicine shortages. Tyler is probably the most engaging person in the pharmacy. Regardless of how hectic it gets, he still stays attentive to the customers.The front of the store staff also have many responsibilities and are people just like you and me. Be kind."

"It would be a different story if this wasn’t a frequent problem. It’s 8:15 and they open at 8. They just stare at you from the window hoping you go away"

"Make sure they don't auto fill a prescription by their mistake because if you pick it up and pay you can't get a refund. I'm out $25 for their mistake"

"The CVS system reported exactly when my prescription would be ready, but when I showed up, they said they had been out of it for 2 months. In the meantime, I had already waited 6 days for it to be filled, but they never notified me. This is a total failure on the part of CVS to serve their customers. The lady in the pharmacy, however, was extremely nice. I just wish she worked for a better company."

"With all the negative reviews I feel the strong need to post this one. This pharmacy has been the ONLY one to actually go out of there way to make sure my husband has his medication in time. It is a medicine I don’t believe they normally have in stock, and it’s been nightmarish to get it. The pharmacy tech even was so personable to me while I waited (when they made sure they could get it in for us). I myself try to make people feel cared for and they definitely did just that.
