"Everyone involved in my care here was so incredibly compassionate but also efficient. Dr. Eifling’s bedside manner was exceptional and as this is the second time I have been to the ER for this issue, I felt he was way more attentive and logical with the care he gave as opposed to the other ER I went to the first time. He also asked for way more input from me and I was actually helped with my severe rib inflammation/shortness of breath accompanied with excruciating pain. I am so grateful I went here instead of Washington Regional, I was seen immediately and all the employees were on the ball trying to make sure I could get relief as soon as possible. "I will say that I have seen some really fantastic doctors here. But, that is all I can say. The people who work the front desk need training in emergency. This is an ER, not a dentist office. I have been there 3 times with a potential life threatening emergency, and they just leave you standing there while they shoot the breeze with others. And, then you sit in the waiting room for however long they decide to make you while having this potential life threatening issue. We go to the nearest ER for help, and this is it. But, I think we will not do that anymore. Last time was for stroke symptoms, and oh it's going to be a long wait before they triage you. That should never be. I left and figured we'll just call an ambulance if something happens. I get you're busy, but some things are actual emergencies."

"The best ER I've been to! They're so fast like what emergency facilities should be. They only asked me for my name and DOB to check me in and got the rest of my info later. They also have Scriptures written on the glass window and and quote also which to me is refreshing to be reminded with God's Word. I love this facility. On top of everything I said, the ER Dr and the nurses who took care of me, we're so professional and very very caring."
