"I was told to drop off a stool sample at Cox Monett for one of the doctors in the clinic. Surprise...I am expected to 1) check in, 2) register, 3) wait for a lab technician to come get the sample. All this wait time while my pet is in the car to leave a sample? Really? I don't know what happened to it because I left it on the desk in its container and 2 bags. I'm 2 shakes from changing all my doctors to mercy due to the ridiculous rules they have for the patients. That includes my primary care physician, my endocrinologist, and the others. My opthalmologist is with mercy and I've never been treated anything but with respect and courtesy there. Cox corporate really has their head up their stool sample portal."
"I was given conflictin information & had multiple disrespectful nurses. They forgot to put in my diet so II wasn' able to eat for 24+ hours their explanation "we forgot sorry" . By far the worst hospital stay I've ever experienced."
