Mercy Burn Center - Springfield

"The people at the mercy Springfield burn unit is amazing people. They was gentle with me when I arrived on a Friday night at 1 am. Lisa ( I think is her name) the one that helped me in the tank and all other staff that helped with my hair was so gentle and kind. They let my fiance and my dad stay in the room. They made sure I had eaten and had everything I needed. I give u guys a 5star. I would highly recommend them. Thank u guys for showing my fiance on what to do."

"I was not a patient but visited a loved one several times. The level of care and compassion the whole nursing staff showed was amazing. Big thanks to all the nurses and nurses aids for making my loved ones stay as comfortable as possible in her time of need. We thank you all."

"All of Mercy hospital staff are sincerely compassionate especially the Mercy Burn Center ! Although I was suffering from an illness , the genuinely care provided made my stay there an absolute pleasure ! The kind-hearted nurses and aides go above and beyond to truly care about their patients. Noticable and compassion makes it obviously shows that they haven't chosen this profession merely for a paycheck , with an unwavering intention of making a difference in the lives of those who need the type of care from whicj only a human being with a lifelong goal of providing the spectacular service they provide at the Mercy Burn Unit ..
