"Whitburn Park is a small shaded well manicures green space at the East end of Whitburn Dr. It has a picnic table, 2 be he's, trash and recycling receptacles, and sidewalk from the West portion of Whitburn Dr to Francis Blvd. There are degradable pick-up mitts for dog walkers. Pets must be leashes Smoke and tobacco are prohibited. There is no parking on Francis Blvd. The tiny East portion of Whitburn Dr runs along a portion of the North side of the park but does not connect to the main portion of Whitburn Dr. There are no restrooms."
