"They do not listen. Being an RN myself, I would never do what they did to me. There was zero communication about my meds, they just decided I didn't know how to take them. They never asked why I was in them, or who ordered them. Just did not care. Also, can never get in. Was going to see Dr. Shipp, they continually canceled and was left with NP. Not impressed. No thanks. I will drive and extraa hr and go back to Dr.coo."

"Such a shame my 6 year old can't see her primary dr. Called last week said call next day to get a apt. I dont really understand the call in the morning for apt tactic. Used to be able to just make a apt . Rather if it was that day or that week at least sick kids could be seen . Those were the days. So anyways I called and called then they answer and I get told sorry no apts a nurse is out sick. Well I understand that even healthcare workers get sick. But I think need new receptionist that actually care about sick children. I went to urgent care in eldon anyways because its closer.And well no surprise they didn't help my daughter. She's still sick and I can't get a apt with her dr. Do you even see the sick anymore. Might as well update saying well checks only totally ridiculous. Sasha was a great receptionist she cared for people. Never was rude. I wish she was back ."

"I have been seeing Dr. Cook for years. She is such an amazing Dr. I adore her so much that I have switched all my kids and step kids to her. The receptionists are amazing and remember the patients. The nurses are amazing and it is just an overall amazing place!"

"My mother is elderly and has moved here from another state and I wanted to get her set up with a new doctor. She has always went to a male doctor and so we decided that maybe she would still be comfortable doing that. So I read up on the internet about/and was recommended to see Doctor Schekarro. Today we met him and knew right off that we liked him. Very good and thorough!! Great personality and liked by everyone. Our family doctor from Iowa was very top notched and we'll liked and we are so happy this transition went so good. "Saw Dr. Shipp with my newborn for the first time and thought she was a great doctor! She is very thorough, addresses any concerns, and does not make you feel like she needs to rush to her next appointment. I am in the process of switching all of my kids to her, definitely recommend. Also, the nurse was great (very personable) and the receptionists seemed nice as well. Overall, great experience."
