He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. His proposal was clear and concise, and promptly answered any questions I had. On the date of the installation Stephen met the installation crew and the System Engineer (Chris) at my home to kick things off. The installation went as planned. They had 5 people show up to help with installation and they came early and stayed well after 6 pm to insure the job was done properly.
