"I hate posting this review as my experience with Phillip was very positive at first. Another worker did a bad job installing my carpet and I hired Phillip to stretch it. Phillip was very responsive, respectful, and nice. He got the job done within 2 weeks of reaching out to him and did a great job. Phillip confirmed that his work was guaranteed and that he would come back if there were any issues. Unfortunately, within a month, a couple of carpet spots became loose and needed to be stretched again. They are minor issues and I am by no mean saying that Phillip did not do a good job overall. However, I have been asking Phillip to come back for almost 3 months now and he simply stopped answering about a month ago. I have texted him numerous times, emailed him a, and called him, but I do not think the loose spots will ever be fixed."

"I hired Phillip to install carpet in a new office in my basement and replace the carpet on my stairs. He did an excellent job! Being right before the holiday I actually didn't expect any carpet installers to be available to do the work, but Phillip was able to split the work up...office on Sunday afternoon and the stairs on Monday evening! His arrival was delayed Monday due to unforseen issues with a previous job, but he texted me as soon as he knew he'd be late which I greatly appreciated. Phillip is very prompt at providing a quote, does excellent work, and guarantees his workmanship for 2 years."

"I cannot express how happy I was with this service. I called around to numerous other installers and repair services and prices are just insane for what I needed. Luckily I found Phill. His prices where about 30% less than anywhere else I called. I had him stretche two rrooms that looked like the ocean they had so many ripples. He was professional and courteous from start to finish. As he entered my home he put on booties and a mask without me asking which seems very rare in my experience with servicemen lately. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to fix my carpet. He worked like a machine. I probably made him uncomfortable by watching him but i was truly amazed at the process. I could tell he has done this once or twice. Lol.. I highly recommend giving this company a try.."
