"Good mattress bad customer service! My mom and I purchased a mattress on 5/26/23. Mark told us it was in the back and we could pick it up anytime that week. We paid for it in full. When my husband went in 4 days later, a different man said that it was sold to another customer. I called Mark and he apologized and said he forgot to tag it for us and that it was actually for another person. Honest mistake, I get it. Then he said it will take a week and a half to come in. Ok, so a week and a half goes by and I called him and he said he just heard that it was on back order for another 5 days. The 5 days goes by and my mom calls and asks about it, and he said "Oh it just came in." When my mom went to pick it up, he was very curt to her, didn't even look at her or tell her he was sorry for not calling to keep us informed. It would have been nice for him to keep me in the loop. We will not be buying anything from him again! Such a shame!"
