"You can go onto their Etsy page to read my whole experience. They could not fill my order by the time frame they provided. (Not Etsy... the email came from ME Refined Designs). They refused to issue me a refund. And the product that was delivered to me isn’t the same as the pictures they use to advertise it. It is a cheaper version with ugly visible L brackets. I wish I could upload pictures so buyers could be warned. Obviously I won’t do business with them again. And I hope others who read this won’t either."

"I ordered a toy box from this company on Etsy on August 4th. A few days after my toy box was supposed to ship out I contacted the company to check on my order. As a consumer when I spend over $500 on a product I expect that the manufacturer would reach out to me to let me they are having problems. This unfortunately did not happen. When I contacted the shop owner she said that they where having problems getting in the wood they needed to make the toy box. The shop owner stated that it was going to be a few weeks then they should be able to start getting in product. Two weeks pass and I receive an email letting me know my toy box is now being built. I reach out to the shop owner again and ask how long before the product will be shipped. She tells me that the shipment she received was bad and that the production of my toy box was now being put on hold till they received more material. After that I contacted her every Friday. She'd tell me that she was heading out to buy more material and she would let me know if she was able to find any. Never heard back from her on those occasions. This past week I contacted the shop owner again and said I needed the product or my money. A refund was issued. I do understand suppliers being low due to Covid but this is wood that can be picked up at any hardware store ( Lowes, Home Depot, Menards). Very dissatisfied and will never shop here again. Buyers beware!!!!"
