"The customer service is honestly pitiful. The wait time is between 30-45 mins if in the pick up line. Who knows how long in the lobby. The girl in the drive thur looks like she just doesn’t want to be there. Do better."

"After calling multiple pharmacies in an attempt to find a location that had my meds in stock, CVS let me know that they had a supply...but insisted they would not fill it for at least 6 hours. Unsure of their reasoning, but that's what I was told. After waiting the 6 hours, I was told that they had given the last of their supply away that morning, and I would now have to wait and HOPE that it was on the next truck coming in. I'm still waiting. Rude pharmacy staff, unwilling to provide any details on the situation. Too bad the pharmaceutical industry has me by the tail, or I would immediately halt my business there."

"I have had to use CVS as a pharmacy since August 2021. I was not impressed with their efficiency or customer service. I have had several instances where my medications weren't filled when requested, medications out of stock, miscommunications between myself and their staff, and I am still having the same issues. They are understaffed for the volume of prescriptions and being part of a corporation of such scale should not run into such issues so often. If you can avoid it, do NOT go to this pharmacy unless you have no other option. My review is based on not just this location, but other locations I have been to in addition to this as a collective."

"Not a good experience at this location. Had to call the front desk and ask them if they could find someone in the pharmacy that would actually answer the phone, after spending almost an hour and a half on hold between a few calls…because there was an issue with a prescription that I needed to know the answer to, before I drove up there. Front desk got me someone from the pharmacy, but they were of zero help and had poor customer service. Moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy as a result. Do better."
