"Branson Regional Arts Council is a Real Jewel in the Ozarks. I’ve Seen 5 Plays There & They All have Been Amazing. They Always Exceed My Expectations with Their Professionalism."
"Went to see their production of Puffs last night. I had no clue what it was about and still don't know because I have never read a Harry Potter book but I can definitely attest to their enthusiasm. The actors really seemed to enjoy their roles and were quite campy. One of the funniest things was Wiz radio which was played during intermission doubt many people heard it but it was pretty funny. Is it Broadway theater? Probably not but that doesn't discount it's entertainment."
"We have been here often and love the performances. We saw 9 to 5 yesterday, and although the production was well done, I felt some of the rough language could have been substituted. We just don't expect that in Branson. But a great performance by all. Looking forward to The Sound of Music in December ."
"AMAZING resource for the Branson community!!! Jim Barber heads up BRAC(Branson Regional Arts Council), with class and YEARS of experience in the entertainment field. He has recruited the area's finest directors, singers and coreographers, to produce the best "little" shows you've ever seen! BRAC's home is the Historic Owen's Theater, which has just over 200 seats and style for miles! My 14-year old daughter has been in several productions through their fantastic Summer Institute, which produced Aladdin Jr. And Seussical Jr. this past summer. The summer intensive runs about 3 weeks per show and is open to children age 6-18. BRAC also started a show choir and theatre troupe for youth this year. The adult productions are fantastic and I may even audition for the upcoming Spring production of Chicago! They also put on daily workshops for every kind of art discipline and have special arts events year-round. Whether you live here or you are just visiting, I HIGHLY recommend checking it out!"
"Chorography was spot on. Great dancing and singing. Costumes incredible. A real blessing having the younger kids making stage support presence. Broadway look out. Annie was equally a class act. I have an adopted daughter (Angel) And she's my Annie and I'm her Daddy Warbucks so play is super special and this cast knocked it out of the ball park. We moved here from California and set design surpasses anything we saw in community Theater (and performing arts for that matter). We have the real deal here in Branson."
