"Ratings are in context of the universe of Jack's. Most of my visits are late nights after a night out. Fried taco's are a staple that we've become accustomed to, not a Mexican food, but a greasy snack to sop up the alcohol. Standard order is Tacos and Jalapeno poppers. This is a guilty indulgence that is comfort and it is stable institution for after hours trips."

"This is good. Staff is friendly. Food is good. Moatly clean building. Only thing is. Its really cold in there. Its like 50 degrees in there. I wish it would warm up in there a little bit."

"Ordered a sourdough Jack With an extra quarter pound Patty. Which they charge me two dollars far. They put a 1/8 pound Patty on a quarter, pound Patty went inside to get fixed. They looked at me like I was an a****** and acted like I wasn't there. 5 minutes later, I asked thim if they're going to fix the order. They looked at me confused and said I don't know . I'll never go back to that Jack in the box ever again."

"This place is absolutely horrible and do not recommend at all. The woman working drive-thru was very rude and is not professional at all. She jammed the 16 tacos we ordered into one bag to which the insides were spilling out and unedible!! We highly recommend NOT stopping here. Honestly, the bad reviews about this place are true. I would not eat at this location if someone paid me to. We went back to ask for our 10 tacos the manager "Sky" said she had to have all the product back! Completely wrong when we only requested the tacos she smashed to be remade. Refused to give Corporates phone number. We only ate 6 tacos when we paid for 16! She refused any kind of reimbursement at all. She is the reason your store has no employees, get rid of her and you might have better customer reviews, better service, and lasting employees. Just some food for thought to consider. I definitely give her and this place an "F"."
