"After 3+hour waits at the ER at St Luke's East through the years, we went to Lee's Summit Medical Center for a kidney stone. Short wait and excellent service. Doctor was prompt and kind. Facility is newer and clean. Definitely recommend!"

From the consultation stages, to the actual procedure, everyone from the administration, nurses, doctors, anaesthesiologists, support staff, have all been amazing, answered my questions thoroughly, very professional through the various procedures, and are great advocators. "My mother was sent to the ER from urgent care with an arm injury and needed X-rays. The staff was so rude and didn’t have any care. She was never offered ice for the injury, never offered any Tylenol or ibuprofen, never taken anywhere but the waiting room. The only person she ever saw was the receptionist. They were so mean and degrading. Once speaking to her general doctor they were adamant she be taken immediately to an orthopedic urgent care. All paperwork that was put into her portal is false. This hospital needs reported. Pull your cameras and find the truth please."

"The nurses for my sister were great. So sweet and attentive. Patient advocates and the discharge process were awful. They put my sister in a room and left her there and told her if no one came for her they'd send her to a homeless shelter. What?!"

"My last 5 star review was 2 years ago lol. This is for the ER! My goodness they were extremely busy and still fast quality care. It was really busy so I was in the hallway and had a good view of them caring for many! But yes this is another 5 star review"
