Reviews
"Good job in interacting with the crowd. Funny one liners. Served over 300 prople in less than 20 minutes. Very impressive! Potatoe soup was awesome. Bbq sauce could improve."
"Read the most negative reviews and then decide if, in spite of those, you can have a great hour of cheering, jeering, and guffaws with complete strangers. Our family of five, ages 12 to 72, all had an uproariously memorable time, even though I agree with most of the critical points. 1. Yes, it's loud and obnoxious, but you probably won't mind if you let yourself get immersed in the moment and join in on the hootin' and hollerin'! 2. Yes, the servers are only there to drop off food and pick up plates. This is not Denny's or even Chick-Fil-A, but it's better than waiting on 225 people to go through a buffet line. 3. Yes, the crew asks for server tips despite the limited service, but so does Starbucks when all I order is a muffin. 4. Yes, the food could be better. We all enjoyed different parts of the meal, but no one enjoyed everything. That said, I would go back for just the rolls and mashed potatoes if I could! 5. Yes, the humor is sophomoric, relying on some outdated themes and even catering to right wing politics, but, it's not vulgar, and it is Branson, after all. Just imagine a hillbilly theme mixed with The Three Stooges, The Honeymooners, and Ren and Stimpy."
"This was by far the worst dinner theater either of us have ever been to, and we are in our 60s. The short performer who is bald and did singing was really great everyone else on stage basically just hollered yelled wave their arms and made hillbilly faces I would’ve expected the script to have been performed in a junior high school or camp. Plenty of food, but the chicken had some kind of nasty seasoning on it, the pulled meat had an aftertaste to the smoking flavor. The potato soup had no flavor. The roll in the ice tea were good though . Honestly, we left while they were serving cake as we were watching several stage members say up on the stage eating cake without any performance going on a total waste of an evening. We’ve been to two others in Branson this weekend and they were terrific."
"I would not classify this as high class with top notch acting. What you will get is a family fun show that will keep you laughing throughout. Not once did i regret taking my 12year ild child to this show. In addition the food was wonderful and all together a great value. The staff and actors are friendly and helpful."
