"The Coleman Theater is amazing! Fully renovated and available for tours. I love the stained glass under the balcony, backlit to display their beauty! They have a pipe organ, The Mighty Wurlitzer, with pipes on either side of the stage, hidden in what one would think was box seating. If you tour the theater, you will get to hear it!! I highly recommend this theater, and I've already purchased a ticket for an upcoming event."
"This place is a beautifully restored historic theatre. As is the case with most everything anymore, income was the only thing on the designers mind when restoring this place, there was not enough room between seats, my knees were against the shoulders of the people in front of me. If you are over 5β5 you are not going to be comfortable in the seating. There seems to be no handicapped seating. I as well as many others were with great difficulty climbing stairs to be seated, as there is no elevator. The sore we attended was in February and still it felt as if we were roasting in the balcony"
"I went in to see the theater and they were about to give a tour so I joined. What a gorgeous well taken care of theater. The beautiful chandelier. The gold-guided accents. The custom carpets. And of course the pipe organ which we got to hear play. Very neat. I gave a small donation as I know it's a lot of work to keep this place going. Pictures definitely don't do this place justice. A must see."
"A Route 66 must see! I grew up in Miami and had the pleasure of performing in band concerts at the Coleman Theatre. They were in the process of restoring it while I was growing up and have done an amazing job. I popped in on my recent visit for an official tour and was able to learn a bit more of the history and see just how beautiful the theatre is restored to her former glory. I have fond memories of watching many performances including operas, silent movies with the mighty Wulitzer organ, plays, and concerts just to name a few. I'm so happy to know that the Coleman is still providing the same wonderful shows and bringing a variety of art offerings to the community and visitors alike, and hopefully will be for many years to come."
"A GRAND THEATER of yesterday's gone by but still holding her illustrious beauty.. Fully functional to show films, hold plays and concerts... I cannot say enough about the beauty of this star spangled building built in 1929..."
