"Scheduled my surgery a months after my doctor visit. Called me 2 weeks before the surgery and canceled it. I’ve been in a lot of pain for several months. It takes 4-6 weeks to get an appointment with another surgeon and then another month for surgery. This is frustrating and they won’t refund me my money for the visit. I now will have to pay another doctor to evaluate me. I’m self pay, so this hurts!"

"Save your time go somewhere else. 1 visit, 350 bucks later with insurance. They sold me 2 nite splints, tried to return them the same day unopened and unused after finding out that I can get the exact brand for 30 per splint and they gave us a long excuse on why they are marking up the price 600%, and why they can and will not accept the items back still in the package in original condition. Pretty sad, most clinics will inform you that you can get a rigid brace or boot cheaper on your own and let you know what you need. Furious that they can take advantage of someone like this....."

"Doctor Studyvin is a good guy; the staff is unconscionably rude. I caught them over-charging me (telling me my out-of-pocket was twenty percent of the surgery I needed when it's actually $200, trying to charge my insurance $600 and me $173 for a brace I bought on Amazon for $45). I was hot, I'll admit. But I didn't yell, and I didn't use any foul language. I firmly told the oldest, rudest woman in the office I didn't want her to talk to me anymore. A week later I got a letter telling me I was let go as patient because of 'inappropriate behavior'. it didn't specify whether the inappropriate behavior was catching them trying to steal from me, or treating the office staff in the same manner they treated me. No matter. There are a lot of foot docs out there, and it will be a pleasure to not have to put up with the office ogres any longer."
