The excessive dirt on the sub floor was pulled up to the carpet during the cleaning. This caused a striping effect in the carpet. Guaranteed staff returned TWICE at no charge to get the carpets completely clean. On the third service, the owner accompanied the technician to survey the project and make recommendations.
