"HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE. Will never go back. I seen Jessica Whiteman who I will say is sweet at first, but it’s short lived. She doesn’t listen to the patients concerns. I had been experiencing some blood pressure problems along with a bad dental infection, however the dentist wasn’t able to get me in until after Christmas. She gave me a round of antibiotics that she told me probably wouldn’t get rid of the infection. As expected, they didn’t get rid of the infection since they were only 150mg every 8 hours for only 7 days. I was told if they didn’t help schedule another appointment and she would give me something stronger. After a week I finished them and was still in pain. Another appointment got scheduled and when I arrived she wanted to do a chest X-Ray to check for pneumonia, I had not a single symptom of pneumonia and didn’t want to waste my time or money on an X-Ray, but I needed another antibiotic so I was willing to do whatever she wanted to get that done. As expected my X-ray came back fine and there was no pneumonia. When she came back in the room she told me everything looked fine & I really would have to go to my dentist to get something done with my tooth. She did NOT want to give me an antibiotic that she had already told me she would give me if it was needed. I was stern & told her I needed the antibiotic she already told me before I could have. She prescribed me the lowest does of clindamycin that exists. FOR 7 DAYS, just like before. Half way through my prescription the antibiotics were lost or taken out of my purse, I called and explained what happened & her nurse told me she wouldn’t refill them because Medicaid wouldn’t pay for it since I just had them filled. I explained I don’t have Medicaid and that I would pay for them. She told me she would speak to Jessica and call me back which was on Friday. She never did so I spent the weekend with no antibiotics and in pain. I called my pharmacy to ask what I could do to get the prescription filled to which the pharmacist said the doctor denied the request & I needed to call them before they would fill it. When I finally get the doctors office back on the phone the nurse said “Jessica will not fill them if you lost them then that’s on you”. THIS IS AN ANTIBIOTIC, it’s not a narcotic. I have never in my life been denied an antibiotic, until I came here. This office is rude, doesn’t return calls, and this wasn’t the first bad experience I had with this doctor in the short amount of time I’ve been a patient."
"We have been trying to get my mother's bupropion filled for 2 weeks. The nurse and Dr seem to be giving her the run around to fill her med. She went into withdrawal for several days because of this. They take forever to answer their phones if the even answer. Hate seeing my 70+ yr. Old mother go into withdrawal because the can't do their job."
"Worst doctors and nurses you could ever see. Your issues are dismissed, your concerns are looked over. The people in this office from the front desk to the doctors are rude and condescending. Don’t waste your time or health with this clinic. You’ll never be taken care of properly. If I could have given zero stars I would’ve. This place is a joke."
"I’m sharing my dads experience with this place. His primary was Brittany Mace. Brittany would refuse to see my dad for most visits even if it was a needed issue to be solved. Along with her refusing my father service and not being willing to make him appointments she required him to see her or else she wouldn't fill his insulin prescriptions. My father also had FMLA paperwork that needed to be filled out by a certain date and Brittany Mace was refusing to allow him any service unless he had an appointment (this was paperwork that could have been dropped off but she still refused to allow that to happen) and it took the director of the facility getting involved for any action to be taken. My dad decided to go try a doctor in the same branch but on the north side of town, when he tried to make an appointment they bullied him in the phone saying “we know what you did at south side services, Brittany warned us about you” which means she broke Hippa agreement and disclosed information about her patients to unworthy parties. An issue my father went to her regularly for was an issue of getting dizzy while looking up, Brittany would t do anything to help him with the issue for years of service between the two of them and now my dad is going to need to go through open heart surgery because it turned out he had restricted arteries that were reducing blood flow. He figured this issue out in two visits by going to a doctor at the hospital. Ever since Mike Stroud passed away this place doesn’t provide adequate services anymore, if you have the ability please see other people."
"I don't have an appointment until December. I called the Dr. Office two weeks ago and told them I would be out of my daily diabetes med by the end of October. I was told it would not be a problem that the doctor would continue to refill it until my appointment even though the bottle said out of refills 4 days before I ran out, had the pharmacy fax in a request. I waited 3 days and on the evening of the 3rd day the pharmacist said the Dr. Declined my request for refill but of course no one bothered to call me to tell me it was declined or why now I have to wonder how I will get these meds knowing I will be very sick without them."
