"FULL 5 stars! I bought a mountain bike from another dealer (mistake) who didn’t properly assemble or tune it correctly. I brought the bike to Kendall at Bison bikes. Kendall corrected the issues and tuned it up properly. The bike feels better than new now. Kendall also helped me fit the bike better by suggesting and installing new handlebars. And even though I didn’t purchase the bike from Kendall, he spent time fitting me to the bike, and showing me how to adjust the shocks, etc. Bison bikes delivers a top notch personalized service that’s hard to find these days. Highly recommended!"
