"Great and prompt service for an emergency for my husband. But while waiting, a woman with her dog was at the pickup counter and her dog was on the pickup counter. The technician was petting her dog. This went on the entire time we were sitting and waiting which was approximately 5-7 minutes. Really? If it was a service animal I would think it would not be carried around"
