"Disabled vet with service dog was frowned upon when entering the store. Lady said, “no dogs allowed.” When explaining about dog’s responsibilities, the lady huffed. We decided not to shop here. Mapped this place from Texas preparing for this trip, for this to happen. Edited to say that dog had on service vest."

"Would not shop here! Person working is beyond rude! Was looking at the cigars and he came over the speaker and loudly yelled at us to not open them. We were absolutely not opening them and were shocked that he was speaking to us. We even had to ask if he was talking to us because we knew we werent opening anything. He then asked us to leave. Im still shocked he was that rude!"
"Decent selection for cigar smokers and nice assortment of pipes. Prices were high, about 15% higher than usual but the area is touristy so makes sense. Would've liked more customer centric service, seemed a little like they didn't care we were there supporting their establishment"
