"Used to be the best shop in town even if some stuff cost a lil much sometimes but ever since the owners changed the place has went to down significantly. The people that work there don't seem happy anymore and it's obviously because their products have turned into no different then some random discount smoke and liquor store that happens to have smoking accessories. Most of their water pipes are plastic witch are horrible to smoke out of and are laughably over priced and any glass pieces they have are ugly and look like cheap Chinese glass that's mass produced. Iv spent thousands at this store over the years and it saddens me that's it's went down like this. I used to come in once a week if not more to see the new products and have a enjoyable conversation with the staff but ever since the new owners took over they seem to be only concerned with the amount of money they make instead of making sure their customers regular or not are happy. Their products all most never change because no one wants to go their anymore"

"Really dig the workers. Headie and just moved to this area, so it's nice to go into a shop talking to people who know their stuff instead of being clueless on pieces. Just wish there would be a bigger selection of dead stuff and harem pants, pendants, but it comes with time! Much love!"

"I've been here a few times and it's been below average. The customer service is decent, which is why I gave it two stars. The prices however are terrible. They're one of the most expensive places I've ever gone to. I purchased a few products here and decided to look into them a bit more via Google. What I found was that I paid a considerable higher amount than almost anywhere else(I mean considerable). Visited a few other local shops and found the same products at about half the price."
