"The older lady that checked me out just told me the first time customer deal never existed and looked at me like I was a fool. She treated us poorly and the store did not smell nice. I decided to not complete the purchase and will not be back. Sad that I was trying to support a store like this. Guess it’s a dying medium after all."

"False advertising. First time customers do not get a movie for a nickel. Smells like mildew and diapers. Nothing is organized whatsoever. The lady was rude. I simply asked if there was a deal for buying 20+ movies, she laughed at me. We decided to put extra movies back for the rudeness. But asked about the first time buyer deal and was told she never heard of it, and mentioned people come in buying thousands of movies. Why would they give us a deal…. We left. Won’t be back. Just really sad. We decided to support small business, and are treated poorly. Back to Amazon."

"I absolutely love this place and have been going for years. They have a vast variety of movies and definitely worth checking out if you are a collector. I drive about an hour to go there and never leave with less than 15 more movies to add to my collection. Most are only $4 each and sometimes you can catch newer movies within a couple months of hitting blu ray release. Go see Dave at Nickleflix!!!"

"A hidden gem! I’ve recently gotten back into dvds and visited this store to expand my collection. The options are endless here and super cheap! I got 13 movies for only $26–much cheaper than other stores I’ve visited. I didn’t mind the disorganization since I was fine with spending time browsing and wasn’t looking for specifics. The owner was very kind and the environment was super welcoming and warm. Will definitely revisit!"
