"I don't know why the reviews here are so negative. I used the app to make my appointment and was in and out in 15 minutes. My phlebotomist, Pam, was fast, efficient, and totally professional. My one gripe is that they don't validate parking, so I had to pay a buck to get out of the lot."
"9 people in the waiting room multiple said they’d been there over 2 hours - no one at the front desk to manage check ins and there is a piece of computer paper with the handwritten sign, saying the kiosk computers are broke. They either need a staff it or close it down. The only positive thing I will say, is that before even entering the suite, there’s a sign to help you find another location ha posting it so everyone else can save the trip and bypass this location."
"Not a single employee working at this location tried to help us nor really cared. They work in healthCARE ... they forgot the care part. My Grandma showed up to have her standing labs drawn. At her prior visit less than 2 months ago a standing lab order was handed (a physical piece of paper) to the staff for 1 year of labs. And the staff scanned it into there system. When my grandma showed up to get her labs drawn the staff could not find the lab order in their system. We called main labcorp and they said they found the lab order, it was scanned into their clinical system; and they need to look the in clinical system. The main labcorp number we called could not get ahold of this location to tell them where the standing order was; my aunt in this location with my grandma told the staff where to look. The staff in the location did not want to look & said a new order was needed. So my grandma had to go to an urgent care to get her labs drawn."
"My experience at Labcorp was nothing short of a nightmare. I had one simple task - drop off a specimen with a one-hour time limit before it went bad. I arrived at the facility with a generous 20 minutes to spare, thinking it would be a quick and easy process. Little did I know that I was about to step into a world of incompetence and disorganization. I waited for a torturous 15 minutes before I even got to see a human being. And what did they tell me? They had a whopping total of two people on staff to handle a room full of frustrated patients. If that wasn't bad enough, I witnessed another poor soul who had been patiently waiting for a mind-boggling 90 minutes, despite having a scheduled appointment. The sheer lack of professionalism and disregard for people's time at Labcorp is astounding. My PTO day was wasted, and my specimen, which had a time-sensitive one-hour limit, was rendered useless because they refused to take it due to being short-staffed. It's nothing short of an utter disgrace that a supposedly reputable medical facility could operate in such a chaotic and inefficient manner. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy, and I will never, under any circumstances, recommend this facility to anyone. Labcorp should be a cautionary tale of how not to run a healthcare institution."
"I wish I would have checked the reviews before coming here. I would give it zero stars if I could. I booked ahead of time for an appointment at 2:15. It’s now well after 3:45pm and they still are nowhere near calling my name. They shouldn’t make appointments if they cannot honor it. I am now late returning to work. I’m not sure what their idea of timely manner (says matter)—see picture of the sign attached is but this is ridiculous. I also think they meant sign in on the kiosk but Kaos is a better word as this entire visit is complete chaos. I would rather pay higher insurance premiums and skip my yearly annual monitoring than deal with Labcorp."
