"Extremely disappointed! Simple business model: “To take advantage of anyone who is naive enough to come for propane.” Unbelievably dishonest! Went there to top off two 15lb propane tanks so I would not run out during an upcoming party and I assumed I would be charged per pound like any other business, however, I ended up paying for a “complete fill” per tank! Apparently deceitfulness is standard operating procedure. These tanks were far from empty and we’re on his line for less than 30 seconds. Do yourself a favor and go exchange the tank elsewhere, this is a small business I would advise against supporting."

"From the very beginning everyone was so nice and helpful. My husband had purchased a stove from another company that he paid more to have a remote control operation on it. When we went to hook it up the remote did not work. Priority Propane did not hesitate to help us get the stove working even when it was not their product.
